Robin’s career covers human resources leadership and consulting roles in the UK and globally. He has worked at the executive team and Board level for large global corporates as well as private equity-backed growth businesses across sectors including Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, and Financial Services.
He has over 20 years of experience in coaching leaders and teams and leading strategic organisational transformation and change. In the M&A field, Robin has managed the people strategy for multiple acquisitions, integrations, and divestments, ranging in scale from large corporate acquisitions to integrating and growing early-stage entrepreneurial startups.
